BARBARO LEGAL was established in 2017 by Principal Solicitor, Anthony Barbaro.
BARBARO LEGAL are specialists in work injury law.
Anthony completed his Bachelor of Laws in 2006 from Charles Darwin University. In 2007 Anthony completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law (Victoria).
In 2007 Anthony was also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia.
When commencing his legal career Anthony quickly developed a passion to practice work injury law. For over 10 years Anthony has specialised in work injury law.
For most of his legal career, Anthony has provided legal advice and representation to Return to WorkSA in relation to the South Australian Worker’s Compensation Scheme.
Anthony has a wealth of experience acting for Injured Workers and providing legal advice regarding their worker’s compensation entitlements.
Anthony also has extensive experience in providing legal advice to and representing Employers who have had a worker’s compensation claim lodged against them.
Anthony frequently attends the South Australian Employment Tribunal representing both Injured Workers and Employers in relation to their respective disputes.
