organic gourmet foods includes a delicious Red Wine and Native Pepperberry Sauce, Red Wine and Pepperberry JUS and a range of Organic Fruit Pastes to serve with cheese. Our Certified
Organic BIO-CURCUMIN 95% 60g powder is a bio-active turmeric extract with 95%standadized curcumoids. Half a metric teaspoon has the anti-inflammatory effects of 15 teaspoons of turmeric powder and is tasteless.
HARDINGS FINE FOODS
The Hardings Fine Foods range has its origins on South Australia’s beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. Tony Harding who built the range up over 20 years on his olive grove at Willunga has Srilankan heritage so managed to develope a range of products with delicious balance of spice and flavour. The olive oil varieties are amazing and the Dukkah is to die for. Hardings also expeller press beautiful nut and seed oils, the Hardings’ Mustard seed oil is so versatile it adds warmth and flavour to any meal and is also a great dipping oil for the dukkah. The Hardings’ Organic Matcha Green Tea and Hardings’ Organic Matcha and Curcumin Vinegar are new additions to the range.
OSWALD & NEWTON (Providores Of Distinction)
The Oswald & Newton brand was designed by Angus Tattle and Christopher Johnson in the Hinterland of Queensland’s Gold Coast and had been a permanent fixture of The Marina Mirage
Farmers Market for years. The range has all the glamour and glitz that the Gold Coast is famous for and the flavours to match. The Oswald & Newton products make great Foods for Gifts, the range consists of delicious handmade marmalades, jams, chutneys, pickles, flavoured vinegars and flavoured salts.
