"I am a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Western Herbalist with a Diploma in Health Counselling , Level 1 Reiki and a special interest in Earthing.
I completed my Triple Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine and Herbal Medicine in 2014 after 6 long years of study and if that wasn't enough I am seeking to further my studies in Natural Medicine.
I initially sought Natural Medicine for my own health.
Since then I have been committed to finding answers for not only myself and my family and now for my clients.
Having seen the 'supplement explosion' in recent years one of my strongest desire is to navigate you through the plethora of supplements and natural health products to highlight the critical importance of clean and authentic supplements with no to low excipients.
I work to address both chronic & acute conditions using a variety of approaches drawn from my training and knowledge of nutritional supplements, herbal tinctures, homeopathy and strategic lifestyle changes.
Finally, I am committed to further education & professional development and I regularly attend seminars & conferences to stay up to date with the latest developments in Natural Medicine.
