We believe in changing the world one person at a time. We combine Natural therapies, Yoga, mindfulness and wellness education to achieve this, as we feel these are awesome tools to help people become more balanced, happy, healthy, and GLOWY.
We teach Yoga classes around Brisbane, offer Natural Therapies, hold Wellness workshops, and run annual retreats in Thailand.
