Good old fashion service!! A credit to Ben from Suburban Concrete Perth and his team for the service he runs. After ringing around I found it difficult to find a concreter to turn up on time to quote my job. Then I found Ben from Suburban Concrete Perth!!...........And booked in a time the following day. Ben gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way(which is UNHEARD of and great customer service in my book). Ben turned up well presented & on time!!! I showed Ben the works that needed to be done. Ben suggested ideas and delivered options to save me money which I was also very impressed with. Ben gave me a competitive on the spot price (which I had previously researched) which I thought was more than fair for the scope of works for my job. I booked a date with Ben the following week. Ben had the bobcat in on Thursday to do our earthworks and on Friday he poured our Driveway and did a First Class Job.(I even had people walk past to commend his workmanship and my Driveway, which I was very proud about). When Ben works you can see he is very passionate and a good organiser, His team enjoy working for him and for such a physical job they all seemed to have a good time.
