Warning - They dont charge a fee to check faulty printer but found to need the scanner replaced on my printer at a cost of $250 after a main motor lock appearing on the menu of my printer. 1 1/2 months later I returned the printer after only about a dozen uses. They then tell me the they only provide 1 month warranty despite the machine being used very little since the repair and then tried to convince me that another part (main motor) needs replacing for another $200. This was sus to me so I took it to another printer repair shop who said a minor adjustment was all that was needed and the scanner shouldn't have been replaced at the first place. The other printer shop fixed my printer at no charge. I spoke to the owner of Beverly hills bus machines (Peter) and requested a refund for a part I didn't need but they refused to refund
Peter claims he is the only authorised samsung repairer in the area which is a lie. check out others in the area who offers 3 month warranty and offer a much better service. samsung should cross this company off their authorised printer service
