I help to reduce negative emotions, anxiety and stress symptoms and increase a client’s awareness of what they need from life to feel fulfilled. I can provide support to client’s through difficult life changes, such as grief, injury or divorce; and also provide strategies to encourage new vision & ideas for a positive life filled with meaning & purposeful direction.
