Operating since 2016, our training environment is friendly, safe and ego-free and people of all levels and ages are welcome.
Please be aware that teaching is individualised and rate of development and progress is closely monitored. We’ll provide you with the tools to develop your skills as you train like a boxer and reap the rewards of effort and expert tuition. Working together, we’ll get you “rolling with the punches” and moving forward with your fitness, confidence and new skills. With the right teaching and training consistency (and a little sweat!), you can and will be transformed.
