Major Residential Construction & Development is a small – medium family owned Building and Development company established in 2007. The registered builder, Guy Pilcher has a wealth of experience in the industry prior to starting Major Residential as a Building Supervisor and is also the owner of a long established property development company. Our main focus is to provide a personal, “hands on” approach where our clients can deal directly with the Builder to ensure their vision for a development or own home is fulfilled and achieved, delivering superior quality within their budget. In addition to offering a personalized approach to our clients needs we provide “turnkey” packages from design concept, planning approval and finally to hand over of your keys. We specialize in unit development both single storey and townhouses as well as building residential homes for many of our Property Developer clients
