For a number of years , she had supported parents , carers and families to enhance their parenting skills to enable their child’s physical, social , emotional, and social development .Using a psychodynamic approach ,Dina can respond to questions about behavioural issues , discipline , lack of confidence , schooling , siblings rivalry …some children might experience. Dina has developed her practice working with adults s as a mental health professional presenting some symptoms of depression and anxiety Dina is passionate about helping clients step by step to enjoy their life , regain confidence and self-esteem when they are struggling to fulfil their work commitments or , to engage in social or emotional relationships.
