Sheree Holland is the Principal/Psychologist of Affirmative Psychology. Affirmative Psychology is a "niche" private psychology practice located on the southern end of the gold coast at Miami. It is easily and conveniently accessible from the Gold Coast Highway, and is opposite the Miami High School (as a landmark). Sheree specializes in workplace bullying, fly in and fly out workers, mindfulness skills training, self esteem. Sheree accepts clients who may self refer, GP referrals (depending upon the client's circumstances) Bulk billing may be offered, employee assistance programs, and private health care cover as well as workcover clientele. Sheree is an accomplished and successful psychologist who treats a variety of mental health presentations. She takes a holistic approach, and looks at the whole person. Sheree believes that given the skills and tools, along with the training that the client puts into place, that we can become "the expert in our own life".
